Research

In this section it is possible to consult the research areas of the various research groups active in the Department.

The research activity is carried out by professors, researchers, research fellows and doctoral students, grouped on the basis of disciplinary affinities in eleven research groups, divided into three areas of expertise: Mathematics, Computer Science and Economic and Statistical Sciences.

The Department's research activities lead to various effects of academic value and prestige, ranging from scientific publications, to the organization of seminars, conferences and workshops, up to participation in national and international conferences.
